After 12 weeks, researchers find that fat of those who play football decreases by 3.7 percent and increases muscle by 2 kilograms.while the jogger only have 2 percent in fat reduction and their muscle didn't increase distinctively.However,the two terms of the sportless showed little variation.
The researchers analyzed that although the footballer and the jogger have the same average heart rate,the cardiac function of the former can be fully exercised just because they need to apply explosive power.The researchers also found that, joggers when they are doing exercise they often have a feeling of being worn out, which seldom visits those who play football
Peter Cruise , who is in charge of the research group, said:” people get more pleasant in football game.They pay more attention to getting goals and team cooperation than fatigue and muscle pain.As a result, we can conclude that: football is originally more effective in body-building than jogging.
